Our Executive health coaching Program is an intensive, six month
experience designed to transform the lives of you and your employees. This
will result in many positive changes in your company's culture. Please read
the following.

THE PROGRAM includes all of the following for each participant:

• Two 50 minute one-on-one phone appointments each month
  for six months, which will include discussion of your progress, recommendations, and support

• A two hour group health food store tour, offering detailed
  explanations of all food categories

• A variety of handouts, recipes, books, foods, subscriptions
  and/or other supporting materials

• Limited email support with your counselor (for clarification
  purposes when necessary)
